As market today begin to lean toward smaller and more accurate technology, the difficulty of producing such products increases, and the process of prodution has to be repeatedly altered. Sealing materials had also changed from the standard Epoxy Molding Compound to Green Epoxy Molding Compound due to the recent rise of eco-awareness. The properties of the Green Epoxy Molding Compound is highly compatible with molds and therefore creates too much adherence, resulting in the following problems:

(1) Additional force required during ejection, causing possible wrecking of products
(2) Hardened leftovers on the surface of molds, affecting its quality
(3) Greatly lowers productivity due to frequent requirement for cleaning

RKCN and RKT processing are designed for low adherence and thereby solves the problems above.
